Our story

A recruitment group built around Malta's real needs.

Malta keeps building, and Malta keeps welcoming guests. Both industries run on people — and both struggle to find enough of the right ones. Elevate Group Construction exists to close that gap.

We started on the construction side, on scaffolding and site offices, and grew into hospitality because the same thing was true there: good employers, real vacancies, and capable people who just needed a straight route in. Today we place candidates across both.
