Services

Four case types. One dedicated consultant for each.

Whatever brings you to Malta — a job offer, a residence programme, naturalisation, or joining family already here — there's a consultant on our team who handles that case type exclusively.

Common questions

What people usually ask before their first call.

How long does a typical application take?

Work permits usually take 4–8 weeks once a complete file is submitted. Residence programmes and citizenship applications run longer — we'll give you a realistic estimate specific to your case on the first call, not a generic range.

Do you charge for the initial consultation?

The eligibility review is a flat fee, applied as credit toward full case management if you decide to proceed. There's no obligation to continue after the first call.

What happens if my application is refused?

This is rare given our document-review process, but if it happens we review the refusal reasons with you at no charge and advise honestly on whether reapplying or appealing makes sense.

Can you work with employers based outside Malta?

Yes. We regularly coordinate directly with HR teams abroad to gather employer-side documentation for work permit applications without requiring them to travel.

Not sure which service you need?

Tell us your situation and we'll point you to the right pathway — no charge for the first conversation.
